Battle for
Domination or for Submission to God!
In the world
there is class struggle and so many battles fought for dominion. All dominion
will end and God’s rule will come. The holy one of God will rule; the holy one
of God allow those who are humble, simple and those who suffered to be at
peace. The rule will be marked by Gods rule in which there will be peace and
joy for the people. We are all eagerly waiting for the rule of God and for the
coming of the kingdom of God. In the kingdom of God, one will have all that is
need for life on earth and in heaven. The concept that real happiness and
fulfilment only possible in heaven is somewhat far away and the possibility of
joy, peace and fulfilment begins on earth itself. The visions and dreams not only speak of the far
distant future to be achieved but also to liberate people in this life on earth
itself. The liberation in heaven begins by liberating the humans while on
earth. Humans hope for perfect earth and perfect heaven where there is presence
of God one lacks nothing.
Do you believe
liberation and freedom after death or while alive on earth?
Year Two
Rev 22:1-7
Lord Wants
to Heal the Nations!
True
life, abundant, refreshing, and eternal, flows only from God. Everything we
long for is ultimately found in His presence. God’s final plan is not merely to
save individuals but to heal the nations. The divisions, injustices, and wounds
of history will be restored. What humanity has broken, God will fully mend. God’s
redemption is total. Not a partial repair, but a complete renewal, no more
fear, tears, shame, or brokenness. The deepest longing of the human heart, to
know and be known by God, will be fulfilled. His presence will be our joy, our
identity, and our eternal light. Darkness represents confusion, fear, and
suffering.
God’s
presence eliminates these completely. It is a picture of perfect clarity,
peace, and safety. Our destiny is not passivity but purposeful partnership with
God, life full of meaning, creativity, and joy. The hope of Christ’s return is
meant to shape how we live today. We are called to faithfulness, readiness, and
expectancy. The vision of what is to come encourages us to endure, to hope, and
to live with eternity in view.
Do we
hope for Good?
Lk 21:34-36
Exhortation to Watch!
“Be on guard so that your hearts are not
weighed down with dissipation and drunkenness and the worries of this life and
that day does not catch you unexpectedly, like a trap. For it will come upon
all who live on the face of the whole earth. Be alert at all times, praying
that you may have the strength to escape all these things that will take place
and to stand before the Son of Man.” (Lk 21:34-36)
The end time will come in an
unexpected time. Be on guard, be alert, pray and be ready to meet the Son of
Man. Give up whatever leads you astray
from God. As we are at end of the
liturgical year we are meditating on the end of time. We should be ready to
meet the Lord. We are not permanent in this world. Everything is passing away,
only God and His Word are eternal. At the end of the liturgical year, let us
thank the Lord for spiritual blessings that He has bestowed upon us. Let us say
a small prayer, “Thank you Jesus.”
What one bad habit would you like
to give up at the end of this liturgical year?
