The Lord Assures his Protection

Human life involves pain. Yet times like prophet Jeremiah, one may feel it would be better that he/she was not born. Life offers pain and agony in accomplishing one’s life goal. The way to glory is narrow. Life is not only a bed of roses but on the bed of roses one has to meet the thorns. The way to life is smooth and hard. One has to go, grow and glow in the hardships.


Prophet Jeremiah had a hard time with the people of Israel. He was called by God to lead people in the right path. He was rejected and he was not considered. He was sidelined and worthless. The Lord assures him of his care and protection. The Lord gives guidance and grace to all his servants to do his mission. We need to remember and genuine to ourselves and others that the work we do does not belong to us but to God.

Are you aware that each one has a mission given by the Lord?

Suffering for the cause of God and doing great things for the Lord is no avail. It may not make one perfect in life. Doing great things for God without God’s hand and his way is useless.   3rd Week Tuesday of Ordinary Time Year One Heb 10:1-10 Meditation Dance in the Presence of God! The priests' offerings of the day need to be offered for sin to be forgiven every year. Once forgiven, one’s conscience should not weigh them down for every sin. Sin leads to evil and death. Forgiveness of sin leads to life. Sin can be forgiven through fasts, penances and offerings to God. Jesus has come to forgive sins, and his forgiveness is accomplished by doing the will of God.
