December 29 Meditation: God is a Just Judge!

Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous works among all the people (Ps 96:3).

Let God’s name be praised.  In everything we are called to Parise and sing his glory. In goodness and evil, in darkness and light, in hope and despair, in health and sickness and in riches and poverty.  God knows us and he guides us in all the actions of life.  God’s Judgment is just and right. Let us submit to him. Do we give praise to God in everything? Fr Putti Anthaiah Sdb

As we know, it is inspired and does immense good. Those who read the Word of God will not go astray. It sustains in times of fragility and temptation. Jesus is the supreme high priest. Suffering for the cause of God and doing great things for the Lord is no avail. It may not make one perfect in life. Doing great things for God without God’s hand and his way is useless. One has to suffer rightly for the cause of God, and it is God who gives us perfection through his grace. It is not that we have gained perfection through our efforts.
