The Lord is My Light!

Ps 27:1

The Lord is my light and my Salvation: whom shall I fear? The Lord is the Stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? (Ps 27:1)

We see in the light things clearly. We have clarity of things in the light, and we make right judgement of things in the light. The external light makes the vision clear.  The internal light of the mind enables us to make right decisions.  The one who possess the light will have Salvation and need not have any fear of darkness.  There is fear in darkness. The fear of darkness should lead us to seek and be in the light of the Lord. The Lord, who is light, will be with us to accompany us along the path of eternity.

Do we seek light or darkness?

Suffering for the cause of God and doing great things for the Lord is no avail. It may not make one perfect in life. Doing great things for God without God’s hand and his way is useless.
