Are we people born of water and Spirit?

Are we people born of water and Spirit?
The
Church was being persecuted. Peter and John came to the community from the
prison and communicated with the members about the treatment they received in
the prison. The support and care of the community of believers in times of trial are very important. We are not alone, but God has given us a community to live in. They
were not discouraged but encouraged by the desire to proclaim the message.
They
prayed amid the turmoil for the help of Jesus. They decided to proclaim Jesus despite
the impending persecutions. The Lord heard their prayers and Jesus blessed them
and they performed many miracles and the people believed in the Lord. They were filled with the Holy Spirit
and they began to proclaim the Word of God.
Do we pray to Jesus in times of persecution?
Gospel:
Jn 3:1-8
Nicodemus came to Jesus to talk to him, discuss matters of faith, and clarify his doubts. We need to go to both learned and unlearned to seek guidance and enlightenment. We must appreciate Nicodemus's courage in approaching Jesus to clarify his doubts. We have doubts and issues in life. We need to
work on ourselves and clarify for better living. God speaks to us through the servants
of God.
Jesus
tells him that if one wants to have life in fullness, one must be born of water and the Spirit. He tells him one should be born from above. Human birth is from God, but human life is contaminated in the world. One has to be reborn in water and the spirit, which we call baptism and the anointing of the Spirit.
Let us keep our baptismal promises and grow in the Spirit of God.

we people born of water and Spirit?
